They're not going to disrupt everything (yet), but they're a ton of fun.
I'm working on a Mandarin Mentor: https://chat.openai.com/g/g-btPxZt6Tm-mandarin-mentor
But my main takeaway from this is: Charlie has access to GPTs creator and I don't. I've been watching tutorials, brainstorming ideas for GPTs, and obsessively refreshing ChatGPT, but all I keep seeing is the greyed-out "Coming soon" message. So yeah, a tiny bit jealous.
And yes: I've recently switched to pure DALL-E 3 output for AI Jest Daily anyways, so CartoonGPT should definitely be an easy one to build.
They say your AI startup has no moat. If OpenAI has a GPT store with rev share, won’t the GPTs have less than no moat? If they’re just custom instructions with some attachments, then the whole concept of a rev share seems oddly useless and redundant.
Exceptional! Do you know many files, and what filetypes, can be uploaded to a custom GPT?
Trying to gauge if I can train it on a large set of PDFs and embed it elsewhere :)
