Charlie, I understand why you don't cover funding as much, nor do I think you ought to, but of course it's a tremendous force. The market is very likely going to be a huge participant in deciding what the next successful venture will be, and where the brightest minds will go.

For sure! I think part of why I shy away from it is my own background/bias - having been in Silucon Valley most of my career, I'm a little jaded when it comes to flashy fundraises. But cutting edge AI is so capital intensive that the money actually does matter.
